Breakfast: we serve a "continental" breakfast - coffee, tea, milk, fruit juce, bread and jam, biscuits, croissants and cakes.
Upon request we can serve specialities and confectionary typical of the Venetian tradition or naturally grown products.

Use of the kitchen: If you wish, you can use the kitchen which is spacious and full of light.
The furniture and the appliances are all new: there is a gas/electric cooker, a microwave oven, a coffee machine to make a quick coffee or cappuccino, a fridge with a small freezer.

Laundry room: you can also use the laundry room (it is equipped with a"REX" washing machine) and the ironing area.

Air conditioning: our house is naturally cool and fresh because it is spacious, but we also have air conditioning.

Garden: We have a beautiful big garden which the guests can use.

Car park: We have a spacious car park which is part of the property and which has a fence all around it. There is also space to park two
cars under the porch.

Car hire: have you arrived by train or by another means of public transport and you want to travel around freely? You can hire a car from the

Tram: There is a Tram stop about 200 mt. from the B&B where you can catch the "capolinea sud" Tram which will take you directly into the city centre.

Information/reception

Bus Tickets: At Mamma Lu you can buy bus tickets to get to the city and to the historical centre. Prices: €1.00 for a 75 minute ticket;
€1.10 for a 90 minute ticket; €2.70 for a daily ticket; €10.00 for a weekly ticket.

Visits to museums: We can book you visits to see museums and monuments - The Scrovegni Chapel, the Eremitani Museum, the Botanical Gardens etc.
