Mamma
Lu's B&B is situated in the quiet residential area
called "Guizza" in Padua, which is full of
gardens and easy to reach whatever way you are travelling.
It's not far from the historical city centre. It's near
to both the new ring-road and the the A4 and A13 motorways
for Venice, Bologna and Milan.
There is a Tram stop about 200 mt. from the B&B where
you can catch the tram which will take
you directly to Prato della Valle and St. Anthony's
Basilica in only |

7 minutes. And it
will only take a few minutes more for you to reach
the University, Caffe Pedrocchi, the Verdi Theatre,
the railway station or the Hospital of Padua.
It's strategic position means that you can get to
the Exhibition and Fair Area by car in only 7 minutes,
and also quickly reach the spa towns of Abano and
Montegrotto as well as the Euganean Hills, where you
can visit the small medieval village of Arquà
Petraca, or the medieval walled cities of Monselice,
Este
and Montagnana which have great and majestic castles.
Along the Riviera del Brenta, which is only 10 km.
from Padua, you can see the splendid Palladian Villas.
Then, of course, you can visit the enchanting city
of Venice, which is only 40 km. away, or which can
be easily reached by train in 30 minutes. |

BY CAR:
The Bologna-Padova
motorway
Exit Padova sud:
follow the ring-road in the direction of Chioggia-Venice.
After about 500 meters, take the Padova-Guizza
exit. Turn left at the first traffic lights
in the direction of Padova; turn left into
via Salboro at the second traffic lights (about
200 metres). Go along via Salboro for about
300 metres, and on your left, at number 22/D,
you will see Mamma Lu's B&B.
The Milano-Venezia
motorway
Exit Padova est:
go straight on until you get to a roundabout.
Here keep to your left in the direction of
Chioggia and turn into Corso Austrialia which
is the ring-road. Go ahead for about 5/6 minutes
up to junction number 10 for Padova - via
Guizza. At the first traffic lights turn right,
go ahead for about 100 metres and at the next
traffic lights tturn right again into via
Salboro. Go along via Salboro for about 300
metres, and on your left, at number 22/D,
you will see Mamma Lu's B&B.
Exit Padova ovest:
go under the fly-over in the direction of
Padova. Go straight on along the ring-road
following the directions for the "Stadio
Euganeo". Go ahead for about 7 minutes.
After junction number 8 follow the directions
for the ring-road in the direction of A4 Venice
- Padova. After about 100 metres take the
exit for Padova. At the traffic lights turn
left in the direction of padovba-Guizza. After
about 200 metres at the traffic lights turn
right into via Salboro. Go along via Salboro
for about 300 metres, and on your left, at
number 22/D, you will see Mamma Lu's B&B.
BY TRAM:
You can reach Mamma Lu's B&B by taking
the Tram "capolinea sud". Ask the diriver to drop
you off at the Park-Tram stop. Cross the road
and opposit the stop is via Salboro. Go along
via Salboro and after about 200 metres you
will see Mamma Lu's B&B at number 22/D.
